🚀 We help small and medium-sized businesses quickly set up payment acceptance for their online business.
📘What you will do:
- Communicate with clients in chats and calls – help, solve issues, guide;
- Act as a liaison between the client and the technical team;
- Maintain records of leads, payments, and activities in Google Sheets and ClickUp;
- Set and track tasks for the technical department;
- Support the sales team in operational tasks.
💁♀️Who we are looking for:
- Relevant experience in high risk (web3/igaming/payment systems, crypto) of at least 2 years;
- English level not lower than B2 - you can write and speak fluently;
- Excellent command of Google Sheets, experience with Trello / ClickUp;
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service;
- Politeness, structure, initiative.
