Squad Team Lead

We are expanding our team and looking for a Squad Team Lead who will be responsible for managing a team of streamers, coordinating related specialists, and achieving the squad's planned performance indicators.

Main Tasks • Manage a squad of 5 streamers: plan shifts, distribute workload, and monitor schedule adherence. • Ensure uninterrupted operation of the broadcast schedule and promptly adjust it when necessary. • Coordinate work with the farming team and promptly receive prepared YouTube channels for broadcasts. • Monitor technical readiness for broadcasts: check connections, proxies, working links, OBS settings, and tools used. • Organize streamer preparation for broadcasts and ensure compliance with internal standards. • Analyze the results of conducted broadcasts, track audience retention, and other key metrics. • Based on analytics, adjust approaches, scenarios, and workflows in collaboration with streamers. • Maintain reporting on the squad's performance results and KPI achievement.

What We Expect • Team management experience with 3–5 people. • Experience in streaming, digital marketing, online entertainment, or related fields will be an advantage. • Skills in shift planning and operational process management. • Understanding of how YouTube works and how to organize live broadcasts. • Basic understanding of OBS, equipment setup, and troubleshooting technical issues. • Ability to work with analytics: views, audience retention, engagement, and financial metrics. • Developed organizational skills, independence, and readiness to make quick decisions.
