Operations Lead

We are looking for a strong leader from media buying who will take on team management, process building, and content direction development.

Tasks: — Team management, task delegation, and result control. — Organization of daily calls and planning. — Building a system for testing creatives and traffic sources. — Control of content production using AI tools. — Analysis of results, process optimization, and scaling of effective solutions. — Implementation of a reporting system and KPIs. — Increasing team efficiency and participation in its expansion.

Expectations: — Experience in team management in media buying or related traffic areas. — Understanding of the processes for testing and scaling traffic sources. — Experience in building operational processes and KPI control. — Team management and employee work organization skills. — Understanding of the capabilities of AI tools in content production.

Experience with UBT will be an advantage.
