▪️Who we are looking for: ▫️Experience as Team Lead Media Buyer or Media Buyer middle+ ▫️Experience with Google Ads (recent experience). ▫️Successful experience working with Tier 1-Tier 2 GEO. ▫️Ability to build processes within the buying department and monitor KPI achievement. ▫️Experience managing a team of media buyers: assigning tasks, monitoring work quality, training and developing employees. ▫️Skills in scaling successful ad creatives and finding new growth points. ▫️Ability to analyze key metrics, make data-driven decisions, and quickly optimize campaigns. ▫️Experience testing new hypotheses, creatives, offers, and traffic acquisition approaches. ▫️Understanding of working with CRM, trackers, and analytics systems. ▫️Control over compliance with internal processes, deadlines, and quality of ad campaign launches. ▫️Experience collaborating with other departments (pharmacy, creatives, development, analytics) to achieve common goals. ▫️Responsibility, leadership qualities, initiative, and ability to make decisions in a high-dynamism environment. ▫️Availability of relevant case studies and confirmed results. ▫️Experience with fintech and binary options is a big plus.
