We are looking for a Senior Growth Infrastructure & Media Buyer (Google Ecosystem)

We are looking for a strong Senior Media Buyer / Growth Infrastructure Specialist who can not only launch Google Ads, but also build a scalable performance system: traffic → analytics → optimization → automation → scaling. This position is not for a classic PPC or agency Google Ads manager. We need someone with a technical mindset and experience in highly competitive verticals.

▪️What you will do: ▫️Launch and scale advertising campaigns ▫️Analyze performance and control budgets ▫️Work with CPA / CPL / CAC / ROAS / ROI / CTR / CVR / LTV ▫️Identify reasons for performance drops and growth opportunities ▫️Build analytics and processes around large volumes of data ▫️Identify points for automation ▫️Design scalable solutions

▪️Main stack: ▫️Google Ecosystem: — Google Display Network (GDN) — Demand Gen — YouTube Ads — GA4 / GTM — Looker Studio — BigQuery — plus ▫️Automation stack: Google Ads API / GA4 API / OpenAI API / n8n / Make / Zapier / AI Automation

▪️Requirements: ▫️3+ years of experience with Google Ads ▫️Budgets of $50,000+/month under management ▫️Current hands-on experience: launching campaigns in the last month ▫️Experience with Tier-1 / Tier-2, Worldwide experience will be a plus ▫️Mandatory experience in competitive / high-risk verticals: Crypto, Binary, Forex, Nutra, Sweepstakes, Mobile Apps ▫️Most importantly: we are looking for someone who thinks in terms of systems, not individual ad campaigns.
