We are a young team, expanding our direction and looking for a Team Lead who can take responsibility for the team's results.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of media buyers: planning, control, development
- Controlling the launch and optimization of advertising campaigns
- Searching for and scaling effective combinations
- Analyzing team results and optimizing indicators
- Building and improving loading processes
- Participation in hiring and onboarding new buyers
Requirements
- Media buying experience of 3+ years, in a Team Lead role - minimum 1 year
- Current plus loading experience
- Experience with Facebook
- Working with budgets of $100,000+ per day
- Campaign scaling experience
- Cases / statistics screenshots - required
- Experience building a media buyer team from scratch
