We are a rapidly growing MFI and are looking for a strong leader to head the collections department and build effective team processes.

Responsibilities:

• Management of a team of collectors and supervisors (planning, motivation, KPI control)
• Development and implementation of collection strategies for customer segments
• Analytics: KPIs, payment discipline, process efficiency
• Optimization and development of collection/recovery processes
• Interaction with finance, legal, and other departments
• Reporting and control of plan execution

Requirements:

• Experience in MFI / fintech / collections from 3 years
• Team management experience (call-center / collections / finance)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs
• Leadership, systematic approach, result-orientation
• Stress resistance
• Spanish — plus
