In T-Bank (formerly Tinkoff), we are looking for a Product Development Manager (Collection Realization).
The team is responsible for the realization of assets in distressed debt portfolios. The team develops sales strategies, identifies the most effective promotion channels, utilizes modern advertising tools and platforms to find buyers, ensuring timely and effective asset realization.
The goal is to increase the efficiency of asset realization and ensure the achievement of optimal financial results for the bank and the client.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the product team and the operational group
- Monitor and improve the performance metrics and KPIs for the "Collection Realization" product
- Manage the implementation of changes in operational processes related to asset realization: new features, processes, tools
- Identify and resolve issues encountered by the operational team
- Develop and promote initiatives for product and operational process improvement
- Ensure sufficient resources (personnel, tools) are available to perform operational tasks
- Participate in building the product promotion strategy, working with client segments, and implementing advertising initiatives
- Continuously monitor and optimize business processes to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- You have over 5 years of management experience in debt collection
- You have experience with asset realization (movable and immovable property)
- You have experience in project or product management, including implementing changes in an operational environment
- You have experience launching and supporting changes in asset realization processes: regulations, tools, technologies
- You understand the specifics of debt collection, operational processes, and working with KPIs and business metrics
- You can analyze metrics, identify problem areas, and manage employee resources
