#vacancy Head of Collections Department (Senior Collection Manager)

We are an international financial company operating in the online crypto-lending market, looking for a strong leader who can build an effective collection department, manage a team, and achieve high operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the collections department and ensure the achievement of planned targets.
• Monitor the quality of work of team leaders and operators.
• Analyze the effectiveness of collection processes and implement improvements.
• Develop strategies for increasing debt recovery.
• Work with analytics, reporting, and key department metrics.
• Interact with related departments to improve process efficiency.
• Train, develop, and motivate the team.

We expect:

• Mandatory experience in debt collection.❗️
• Experience managing a collection team for at least 2 years.
• Experience with Late Collection / Hard Collection will be an advantage.
• Understanding of key collection performance indicators and the ability to manage them.
• Strong management skills, analytical thinking, and results orientation.
• Experience in financial companies, MFIs, banks, or fintech will be an advantage.
