Guta Group, a diversified holding company, is seeking an IT Director in Development.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company's digital strategy
- Building a unified information environment (from project management to CRM and BI)
- Implementation of BIM and digital twins of facilities, implementation of best AI practices
- Process automation: design, construction supervision, sales, document management, budgeting
- IT budget and team management
- IT infrastructure control
- Implementation and support of 1C (various platforms), Revit, Autodesk (domestic analogues), Bitrix, etc.
- Ensuring cybersecurity and data protection, implementation of new technologies
- Pilot projects with AI/ML (deadline control, cost estimate preparation, cost estimate analysis, risk forecasting)
- Implementation of IoT sensors on construction sites for monitoring (sensors, wearable devices)
- Development/implementation of mobile solutions for foremen and engineers
- Implementation of digital platforms for interaction with contractors and clients
Requirements:
- Higher specialized education
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Director / Head of IT department in development, construction, engineering, or related industries with project management (manufacturing, energy)
- Implemented projects: o BIM implementation at the company level (at least 2 projects)
- Automation of construction project management (PlanRadar, Revit (including domestic analogues), 1C or similar)
- Migration to cloud ERP/CRM (or hybrid solutions)
- Building an analytical platform (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Technical expertise: o Deep knowledge of 1C (architecture, development, integrations) o Understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, GOST R 57311)
- Experience in implementing engineering systems
- Knowledge of digital platforms
- Critically important competencies (soft skills): strategic thinking: ability to translate business tasks into IT solutions with a clear ROI
- Experience implementing AI/ML in construction (deadline forecasting, quality control)
- Certifications: PMP, BIM Manager, ITIL, COBIT
- Experience working with government clients (EIS, GIS OGD, SMEV)
- Knowledge of legislation (152-FZ, 44-FZ, 223-FZ regarding IT)
