We are looking for a Head of Transformation at Rostelecom.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a transformation strategy and roadmap for changes;
- Analyze and optimize business processes;
- Launch pilot projects and evaluate their effectiveness;
- Manage a cross-functional project team and adapt employees to new processes and work methods;
- Formulate SLAs to maintain business efficiency;
- Control project budgets and KPIs;
- Measure progress against key performance indicators (speed, process quality, productivity growth) and make adjustments as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education;
- Relevant work experience of at least 5 years (consulting, telecom, federal companies, large complex-structured, multi-level companies);
- Experience in company and structure transformation, reorganization is mandatory.
