#vacancy Our client, a Large IT company undergoing active growth and development, is looking for a Transformation Project Manager for the financial accounting function.

We are looking for a strong change leader with experience in Big4 or consulting, who knows not only how to find growth and optimization opportunities, but also how to bring changes to actual implementation and sustainable results.

Key tasks:

• Leading transformation projects for accounting, tax, and finance operations
• Optimizing accounting, tax, and operational processes
• Improving interaction efficiency between business, finance, accounting, tax function, and IT
• Developing and implementing new process and organizational models
• Managing cross-functional projects and changes

Requirements:

• Experience in Big4 or leading consulting (finance transformation, accounting advisory, operational consulting, shared services)
• Deep understanding of financial accounting and tax processes
• Experience in transforming processes within large companies
• Strong communication skills and change management experience
• Practical approach and results orientation

This role is for a person who can become a driver of change within the company, deeply dive into processes, and systematically develop the financial accounting function in a rapidly growing technology business.
