‼️Director of Digital Transformation of Production
📍 Astana, Kazakhstan
Our client, a large manufacturing enterprise, is looking for a CDO-level executive to manage a digital transformation program for production assets and scale solutions in IIoT, AI, and MES/MOM.
Key Tasks
- Develop and implement a digitalization strategy for the Company's production assets
- Manage the implementation program for IIoT and AI solutions: initiative portfolio, budgets, KPIs, deadlines, and results
- Formulate the data architecture and digital platforms for the production segment in accordance with the corporate IT architecture
- Implement and develop MES / MOM systems
- Manage external contractors and technology partners;
- Build an internal team and develop key digital competencies
- Gradually transition from an outsourcing model to in-house expertise where it is economically efficient
- Prepare and defend programs, budgets, and results before top management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in digital transformation, IT, or industrial automation at industrial enterprises;
- Proven experience in implementing at least two large IIoT projects combined with ML/AI, brought to industrial operation with measurable operational effect;
- Experience managing teams of 20+ people, including Data/ML specialists and engineering roles;
- Practical experience managing external contractors and contracts worth $1–5M per year;
- Fluency in Russian and English.
