AKRON HOLDING is one of the largest full-cycle vertically integrated industrial and metallurgical holdings in Russia, operating in the field of scrap non-ferrous metal procurement and processing in Russia and the CIS countries.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a long-term digital transformation strategy using artificial intelligence and data analytics technologies
- Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through automation, optimization, and reengineering of key processes
- Form and manage a portfolio of digital projects — from automating internal processes to developing new digital products
- Prioritize digital initiatives considering business goals, resources, and expected economic impact
- Evaluate the results of implemented projects and ensure their practical value for the business
Candidate Expectations:
- Systemic and strategic thinking, leadership qualities, and result orientation
- Over 10 years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or strategic management
- Over 5 years of experience in management positions: IT Director, Head of Department or Projects
- Proven experience in implementing large-scale digital transformation projects
- Ability to identify promising areas for technology application and connect them with specific business tasks and results
