Requirements: From 3 years of practical experience with LLMs: RAG, prompt engineering, agents, GigaChat / YandexGPT / OpenAI-compatible model APIs. 1–2 years of leadership experience: team management, prioritization, and delivery. Experience in implementing AI solutions into industrial operation with confirmed business metrics. Skills in requirement gathering, managing customer expectations. Python at the level of reviewing and analyzing team solutions. Will be a plus: Building a team from scratch and hiring. Experience with n8n, Dify, LangChain / LangGraph. Understanding of ROI, baseline, and justification of automation budget. Integrations with 1C / SAP ERP.
