We are currently looking for an AI Engineer to join our team, which focuses on the development and implementation of AI within the S7 holding, with a focus on developing internal solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, enhancing, and ensuring the stable operation of AI services;
• Integrating with related internal company systems via API;
• Communicating with representatives of various departments;
• Conducting experiments and researching new approaches and tools.

What we expect from candidates:

• Higher education in Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related disciplines;
• At least 1.5 years of experience in ML/DL;
• Understanding of classical ML and DL (primarily NLP)
• Proficiency in Python programming (asynchronicity, queues, FastAPI, PyTorch, OpenAI Compatible API, standard ML stack)
• Understanding of LLM architecture and its applications;
• Focus on production-ready solutions, responsible approach to evaluating the applicability boundaries of MVP;
• Experience with:

1. NVIDIA GPUs;
2. vLLM, SGLang, llama.cpp;
3. Vector databases;
4. Automation platforms, including AI-powered ones (n8n);
5. OpenWebUI, deployment, configuration, and customization;
6. Parsing corporate documents, OCR/VLM, RAG;
7. Tools/MCP, Agents, Skills;

• Ability to responsibly leverage generative AI capabilities to aid in work, with a moderate and competent approach to fine-tuning (vibe-coding);
• Use of Harness (with a focus on open-source software).
