Mriya is a premium resort complex in Crimea, combining leisure, entertainment, services, and technologies for guests. It is part of the SBER ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of a technological strategy as an integral part of the company's business strategy to ensure market leadership
- Anticipating the target market's requirements for the business model's technological capabilities and transforming products/services to meet future customer expectations (internal and external)
- Creating a competitive product line through digital technologies, including data-driven solutions, AI, and platform approaches
- Managing digital transformation as a portfolio of changes: from developing a roadmap to the phased transition of the business to a higher technological level
- Creating and maintaining conditions for the uninterrupted operation of the management company's infrastructure, business, and employee workspaces
Requirements:
- Experience in building and implementing a technological strategy synchronized with business goals and market trends
- Ability to foster a "digital mindset" and a culture of technological development throughout the company
- Skills in managing transformational teams and distributed projects
- Skills in transforming IT processes
- Understanding of economic, political, and technological trends (in Russia and globally) and the ability to adapt the business to future challenges through technological solutions
