for an international hotel group in Russia and CIS countries__
Main Function: Leadership of the Holding's expansion strategy in the Russian and CIS markets. Key Tasks: Identification, structuring, negotiation, and execution of network hotel development opportunities, including management agreements, franchise agreements, and strategic partnerships.
The position requires deep knowledge of the Russian and CIS markets, established professional connections, and management of relationships with owners, investors, and developers.
Basic Requirements for Candidates: — Strong network in the Russian market and CIS countries and deep expertise in hotel business development (international hotels). — Willingness to travel constantly throughout Russia, CIS countries, and the Persian Gulf. — Candidate's permanent location in Russia is an advantage. — Excellent knowledge of Russian, English from Upper Intermediate.
