A General Director is required for the Luch Resort Complex Management Company.
We are looking for a professional to manage a year-round resort complex on the Black Sea coast, including: a hotel cluster, a congress center, and developed resort infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Interaction and management of hotel operators' activities
- Interaction and coordination of the client service and general contractor involved in the resort construction
- Formation, defense, and control of the operational budget for the period before and after the resort opening
- Attracting tenants and commercial real estate operators
- Interaction with partners, investors, and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Higher education in business, management, or related fields; an MBA will be an advantage
- At least 6 years of experience in senior management positions in the hotel business
- Proven success in developing and implementing strategies that lead to business growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and adapt quickly to changes
- High communication skills, ability to conduct high-level negotiations
