Responsibilities include:
- Full company management, including: development, product, sales, client support, marketing, customer service, finance, HR, legal;
- Implementation of the strategic business plan;
- Achievement of commercial targets;
- Maintaining transparent communication between departments.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience as a General Director or Executive in product IT companies;
- Ability to manage based on transparent goals and figures;
- Experience managing a company in conditions of uncertainty;
- Successful cases of exponential growth in commercial indicators;
- Leadership qualities, flexibility and openness to new ideas, ability to delve into details and argue your point of view;
- Confident use of AI tools will be a plus.
