Cruise.online**, a digital cruise booking service, is looking for a Head of Product Development Department to become the owner of the cruise product matrix, relationships with tour operators, and commercial cooperation terms.

What you will be doing:
- Forming and developing the cruise product matrix.
- Identifying focus products considering demand, seasonality, and commercial potential.
- Managing the balance of destinations, tour operators, price segments, and product types.
- Forming and decomposing plans for tour operators and destinations.
- Analyzing sales, average check, commission, profitability, and demand.
- Negotiating with tour operators on commission, discounts, payment, and advertising support.
- Developing partnerships at the level of managers and decision-makers.
- Searching for new cruise products, ships, destinations, and commercial opportunities.
- Organizing the launch of new products in collaboration with sales, marketing, content, and digital teams.
- Formulating tasks for marketing to promote focus products.
- Developing the product expertise of the sales department.
- Analyzing customer and manager feedback, eliminating systemic sales barriers.
- Managing the product department team and building regular processes.
- Recording partnership agreements, documents, and interaction history in corporate systems.
First tasks:
- Conduct an audit of the current product matrix, partners, and commercial terms.
- Analyze the average check, commission, profitability, and sales structure.
- Formulate a list of focus products and clear criteria for their selection.
- Decompose the commercial plan by tour operators and destinations.
- Prepare a map of key partners, contacts, and existing agreements.
- Develop a negotiation plan for improving commercial terms.
- Identify priority new products and destinations.
- Establish regular interaction between product, sales, and marketing.
- Organize clear reporting on assortment, partners, and commercial results.
What is important:
- Experience in tourism, travel, commercial product development, category management, assortment management, or contracting.
- Ability to manage a product matrix and make decisions based on demand and economics.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven examples of improving commercial terms.
- Experience in building long-term partnerships at the managerial level.
- Understanding of revenue, average check, commission, profitability, and seasonality.
- Ability to decompose commercial plans by partners and products.
- Ability to find new products and assess their commercial potential.
- Experience collaborating with sales and marketing.
- Management experience or proven cross-functional leadership.
- Systematic approach to recording agreements and managing processes.

Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of the river and sea cruise market.
- Experience working with tour operators, cruise companies, or other travel product suppliers.
- Existing professional connections in the tourism industry.

- Confident use of Bitrix24, Google Sheets, and BI reporting.
- Experience training the sales department on complex assortment products.
