CPO for Travelata Tour Booking Service
Remote vacancy.
Travelata, a tour booking service, is seeking a CPO for the entire holding. We are looking for a professional ready to quickly get up to speed and lead the development of products and the team.

Responsibilities will include:
- Participating in strategic planning and company management;
- Synchronizing product development strategy with the business goals and objectives of key company stakeholders;
- Being responsible for the growth of key business indicators: NPS, CSI, GMV, MAU, profitability, CR, as well as for increasing the share of our own tour product sales within the online travel agency's sales structure;
- Forming and updating the roadmap, which requires continuously maintaining knowledge of the current market situation and user needs;
- Being responsible for user acquisition and retention in collaboration with the CMO (through a dedicated product team for marketing tasks);
- Developing and scaling the product team: managers, analysts, designers;
- Being responsible for time-to-market in collaboration with the CTO by implementing new and optimizing existing processes.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a CPO in profitable businesses;
- Senior-level product manager hard skills;
- Case studies of significant improvements in product and financial metrics: from finding insights and generating hypotheses to confirming them in production;
- Soft skills for developing a strong team with ambitious leaders;
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics, strong expertise in marketing and/or e-commerce;
- Experience in using and implementing AI tools within the organization and product.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the travel industry;
- Technical and/or economic education;
- English level not lower than Intermediate.
