Travelpayouts is a partnership platform from the creators of Aviasales, specializing in monetizing travel traffic. We help travel bloggers and website owners around the world earn from their content using affiliate tools from brands like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Viator, and others.
We are now looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join the Travelpayouts marketing team. This is a role for someone who wants to be responsible for the product marketing of the entire product line, influence strategy, and work closely with product and brand in the international market.
What you'll do
- be responsible for product marketing across key areas (current products and new launches);
- drive the achievement of business goals: launch marketing initiatives aimed at revenue growth;
- build and maintain product positioning and messaging: define how Travelpayouts appears in the market across different segments and ensure consistency of communication across various channels;
- manage go-to-market end-to-end: prepare launch plans, coordinate preparation with stakeholders, conduct launches, and measure impact;
- establish systematic work with market and partner insights: research, interviews, case studies analysis, competitor monitoring — and turn this data into product and marketing solutions;
- develop and coordinate the team;
- work with cross-functional teams (product, design, analytics, support, commercial) and help synchronize different marketing areas around common goals.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in leading product marketing for IT products or services; experience in fast-growing companies will be a plus;
- ability to connect product and marketing initiatives with business metrics and revenue, work across the entire funnel: from onboarding and activation to retention and growth;
- management experience: hiring, developing, and coordinating a team, experience in building transparent processes;
- readiness to combine strategy and operational work when necessary: independently conduct research and interviews, formulate messages, participate in the preparation and execution of GTM;
- ability to work with data: read dashboards and reports, evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and projects, make decisions based on numbers;
- knowledge of key product and marketing approaches and frameworks (roadmap, MVP, JTBD, CJM, AARRR, ICP, Value Proposition, etc.);
- English language at B2 level or higher: the main part of the marketing is focused on international markets;
- initiative, systematic approach, and interest in the travel industry and affiliate marketing.
