General Manager | 4 Ski Resort | Uzbekistan*

📍 for the launch of a new international ski resort 60 km from Tashkent. A true resort, not an urban business hotel — with its own seasonality, character, and high-altitude challenges | accommodation on the resort premises

If you have pre-opening experience, have worked in an international chain (Accor, Marriott, IHG, Kempinski, Four Seasons), and know how to manage P&L in mountain conditions — this position is for you.

Reporting to: Owner / Owner's Advisor Direct Reports: HR, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, SPA, Engineering, Sales, Finance

What's important: — GM/Director experience of 5+ years, necessarily in a mountain/resort format — Experience in an international hotel chain — mandatory — Pre-opening experience — Confident P&L management and seasonal demand management — Crisis management: weather, cancellations, force majeure in the mountains — Russian — mandatory, English and Uzbek — a plus — Willingness to live on the resort premises

What are the tasks: Full operational management, budget and GOP, international service standards, working with OTAs and tour operators, guest safety in mountain conditions, resort engineering (heating, snow removal, energy autonomy), direct reporting to the owner.
