We need a person who can not only effectively manage educational processes but also create modern, visible, and large-scale educational projects.
Main tasks:
- development of educational strategy and key learning areas;
- organization and control of the implementation of additional professional education programs;
- development and launch of new educational products and projects;
- development of LMS and implementation of modern digital educational solutions;
- integration of artificial intelligence and AI tools into educational programs and learning processes;
- interaction with government structures, expert and professional communities;
- management of teams and large-scale cross-functional projects;
- improving the quality and efficiency of educational processes.
Important for us:
- experience in managing educational areas, corporate universities, or large educational projects;
- experience in developing and implementing adult training programs;
- having large image-building educational projects with high external visibility and a wide audience in the portfolio;
- practical experience in creating educational programs using AI tools;
- understanding of modern artificial intelligence capabilities in education and the ability to implement them in real educational products;
- experience in digitalizing education, implementing EdTech solutions and LMS;
- experience in managing teams and large-scale projects.
Will be an advantage:
Experience in large companies, corporate universities, educational centers, or organizations with a developed system of personnel training and development, as well as completed projects at the intersection of education, technology, and artificial intelligence.
