IT PROJECT MANAGER AT PROSVESHCHENIE EDUCATIONAL INTEGRATOR

The candidate will be tasked with the following: Developing and controlling project roadmaps, ensuring deadlines are met, managing changes to plans Monitoring and optimizing team workload, coordinating the work of internal specialists and external contractors Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements from multiple clients simultaneously Full cycle of interaction with contractors: developing technical specifications, participating in contract work, monitoring execution, and accepting results Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, coordinating cross-project dependencies Candidate expectations: At least 4 years of IT project management experience Experience in managing product development projects is desirable Experience working in large companies with established procurement processes and complex approval procedures Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with multiple clients concurrently Experience in project budget management and reporting
