We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager for the project office of a major tech company. The specialist will manage complex cross-functional IT projects, independently dive into the business context, develop solution concepts, and be responsible for the implementation of initiatives from idea to release.

Format: office, Moscow, metro station Shelepiha. About the company: A major tech company developing high-load B2C digital products. The project office is at the center of key business changes and launches initiatives at the intersection of development, product, marketing, finance, legal, and operational teams. The role involves not only managing deadlines and resources but also directly influencing project content, participating in concept development, and making decisions at the intersection of business and technology. Technology landscape: Go, Angular, REST, SOAP, Kafka, Jira, Confluence.

Main tasks: • Full-cycle project management - from idea generation to release. • Independent collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements. • Development of solution concepts and assessment of their technical and business feasibility. • Coordination of work across multiple departments and stakeholders. • Formation of project teams together with the Delivery Manager. • Project support at all stages of the life cycle. • Identification, assessment, and management of project risks. • Control of deadlines, quality of implementation, and achievement of business goals. • Managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Deep dive into the product, business, and technical aspects of projects.

Our expectations: • 5+ years of experience in IT project management in B2C. • Experience in full project lifecycle management - from planning to launch. • Understanding of modern information system architecture. • Experience with integrations and complex technical solutions. • Skills in independent collection, analysis, and formalization of requirements. • Experience interacting with business clients and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. • Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and make decisions independently. • Strong critical thinking and developed analytical skills. • Willingness to deeply engage with the product and technical aspects of projects.

Nice-to-have: • Experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst. • Participation in infrastructure and integration projects. • Experience with high-load systems. • Understanding of microservice architecture, REST, SOAP, and Kafka. • Technical education.
