MTS invites young professionals to a one-year leadership program for those working with products, projects, and business tasks who want to develop at the intersection of business and AI.

Enhance your management skills and AI expertise for career growth. Over the year, you will solve AI transformation tasks, work with MTS experts, and apply new knowledge in practice.

Real AI Project:

• Work with business tasks, test hypotheses, and prepare solutions for implementation

Fast Track to Management:

• Develop competencies for working with AI products, projects, and business transformation.

Support at Every Stage:

• Consult with a curator, tracker, and AI mentor. Receive feedback on your project and development.

Practical AI Expertise:

• Evaluate AI opportunities and apply technologies to solve business challenges.

Choose Your AI Quest:

• You will receive a real MTS task and go through the entire process from problem research to solution development and implementation.

The specific project will be determined during the program – after meeting with business stakeholders and their tasks:

Launching a New AI Product:

• Identify a problem, formulate a product idea, test hypotheses, and launch an MVP

Developing an Existing Product:

• Determine how AI can improve the product and implement the solution with the team

Transforming Business Processes:

• Identify opportunities for automation and manage the project from idea to implementation

The program is for you if:

You have practical experience:

• You have been working or implementing projects for at least a year and have already solved tasks in a real business context

You have applied AI in practice:

• You have used AI tools, worked with data, ML, automation, or created IT solutions

You want to take on more responsibility:

• You are ready to independently tackle ambiguous tasks, propose solutions, and be responsible for the outcome

Selection Stages for the Program:

• Application and Resume. Tell us about your experience, tasks, and work with AI. Attach your current resume. By October 2nd
• Video Interview. Answer questions about your experience, motivation, and approach to problem-solving
• Neurogame. Take a game to assess your skills and receive a personalized report with development recommendations
• Assessment Center. Solve individual and team case studies, develop a solution, and present it to experts on October 27th
• Start of the Program: November 20th
