In SberMobile, the vacancy of Director of B2C Digital Sales is open, who will lead the development of online sales through three key digital surfaces: the website, the mobile application, and the ecosystem's digital channels.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop online sales through three digital surfaces: the SberMobile website, app, and integrated digital channels of the ecosystem.
- Formulate and implement a sales and revenue growth strategy in digital channels, defining priorities and focus areas.
- Manage the team, set tasks, control execution, and develop employees.
- Formulate and manage the commercial backlog jointly with product and technology teams, prioritizing initiatives for maximum sales growth.
- Build close collaboration with related teams: product, digital surface development, billing, platform development, technical support.
- Analyze conversion funnels across all channels, identify growth areas, and initiate improvements to the customer journey.
- Develop and test new offers, mechanics, and placement formats using A/B testing and prioritization frameworks (ICE/RICE, HADI).
- Plan and track KPI achievement: sales, revenue, acquired active B2C subscriber base.
- Prepare reports on the results and development plans for the direction.
Requirements:
- Higher professional education (marketing, management, economics, IT management, or related fields).
- 5+ years of experience in digital/e-commerce/telecom/fintech, including at least 3 years in a leadership position managing a digital sales team (5+ direct reports).
- Deep understanding of digital performance: sales funnels, CRM mechanics, remarketing, A/B testing.
- Experience with digital sales channels in large ecosystems (SuperApp, banking or e-commerce applications), including placing product offers within integrated environments.
- Skills in managing a commercial backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment, working with Jira/Confluence.
- Knowledge of key metrics: CR1/CR2, CTR, ER, SAC/CAC, LTV, ARPU, GMV.
- Practical experience with product and marketing analytics, setting analytical tasks.
- Confident data handling skills (Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools), ability to read dashboards.
- Experience in building cross-functional collaboration with technical, product, and business teams.
- Practical experience applying prioritization frameworks (ICE/RICE, HADI).
- Industry experience: at least one of the industries - telecom, fintech, or e-commerce is required.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office / Google Workspace, Figma (at the level of viewing and discussing mockups), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Understanding of the basics of billing and platform systems in telecom/fintech will be an advantage.
