Ivi, an online cinema, is looking for a Sales Director.

- Regular one-on-one meetings are held for development and feedback.
In the Ivi team, you will:
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy.
- Formulate and execute sales plans.
- Attract direct advertisers and work with advertising agencies.
- Build effective communication with the market, develop long-term partnerships with clients.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations.
- Develop advertising products and formats.
- Analyze the market, monitor competitors, form pricing policies, identify growth points.
- Build, develop, and motivate a team.
Ivi's expectations from the candidate:
- Higher education (marketing, economics, management).
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial sales position, preferably in digital advertising, AdTech, media, or streaming.
- Own client base and connections with key decision-makers of major advertisers and agencies.
- Experience in managing a sales department: hiring, training, motivating the team.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising market.
- Strategic thinking, experience in developing and implementing sales plans.
- High-level negotiation skills and experience closing complex deals.
- Analytical skills, ability to work with data and KPIs.
- Developed leadership qualities, high responsibility, and result-orientation.
