Lead of Publishers / Lead Publisher Manager

New office location:

In November, we are moving to a new office in Skolkovo. Currently, we are working in Sokol, please keep this in mind when applying for the vacancy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Attracting publishers and developing a partner network;
• Direct involvement with key partners: sourcing, negotiations, agreeing on commercial terms, onboarding;
• Developing existing partners: increasing volumes, improving commercial terms;
• Team management: setting goals, monitoring KPI performance;
• Managing the acquisition funnel and CRM operations, regular analysis and status monitoring – conversions, reasons for loss;
• Controlling integrations and interacting with internal teams (product, advertising);
• Analyzing statistics, managing monetization and traffic quality;
• Establishing group processes and regulations, improving team efficiency;
• Generating regular reports on team performance and results.

We expect:

• Experience in adtech, SSP/DSP, advertising platforms, or on the publisher side;
• Deep understanding of the Russian publisher market (websites, media platforms);
• Understanding of how ad inventory and ad monetization work on websites;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Experience managing a team in sales/partnerships/monetization;
