In November, we are moving to a new office in Skolkovo. We are currently working in Sokol – please keep this in mind when applying for the vacancy.

We are looking for a Campaign Manager for the commercial advertising team. The main task is to analyze the effectiveness of key clients' placements, support advertising campaigns, and participate in the development of the advertising platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Launching and supporting advertising campaigns in ad cabinets
• Analyzing the effectiveness of key clients' placements, identifying the causes of deviations, and preparing optimization recommendations;
• Testing new advertising opportunities, evaluating their effectiveness, and participating in their launch;
• Participating in the development of the advertising platform: gathering requirements, suggesting improvements to processes and new features, and participating in the acceptance of developments;
• Interacting with related teams to improve the effectiveness of advertising products and processes;
• Preparing analytical materials and reports on the results of advertising campaigns.

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of experience in internet advertising;
• Experience with ad cabinets and ad servers, AdFox is mandatory. Experience with Google Ad Manager, VK Ads, Yandex.Direct, and other platforms will be a plus;
• Experience in launching, setting up, and supporting advertising campaigns (banner and video advertising);
• Understanding of key advertising metrics (CPM, CTR, VTR, Viewability, etc.);
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to multitask;
• Good written and oral communication skills.
