An IT company Platform OFD is looking for a Head of Digital Sales Channels
Platform OFD is an accredited IT company, the largest operator of fiscal data in Russia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to strengthen the position of our products in online channels for customer retention and acquisition.
- Conduct market research, analyze the existing customer base, identify growth areas and new opportunities for sales development.
- Collaborate with marketing and telemarketing teams during campaign launches.
- Improve the sales development process from lead generation schemes to task assignment for executors.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences.
- Ensure the achievement of planned profitability targets for products.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing of digital products.
- Proven experience in improving digital product metrics.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and preferences, knowledge of the market and competitive environment.
- Knowledge of current trends, methods, and tools of digital marketing.
- Ability to collect and interpret data to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and make informed decisions.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with tools for tracking campaign performance.
- Ability to conduct A/B testing and analyze results.
- Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals and the ability to assess how product design affects customer perception.
