Marketing Department Director at Ecomobile Telecom Company
Ecomobile telecom company is looking for a Marketing Department Director.
Ecomobile is a mobile communication management platform. It has been on the Russian telecom market since 2002, is an accredited IT company with coverage in 81 regions, its own billing system in the Russian software registry, and networks of 4 federal operators.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company aimed at achieving KPI targets for revenue, profit, and market share.
- Analysis of market trends, consumer behavior (Customer Journey Map), and the competitive environment to identify growth opportunities.
- Management of all traffic channels.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of each channel (ROMI, CAC, LTV) and reallocating budgets in favor of the most profitable tools.
- Management of content strategy creation.
- Development and launch of new products/services (Go-to-Market strategy).
- Formation, defense, and control of the marketing budget execution.
- Implementation and development of end-to-end analytics (from first contact to purchase) for data-driven decision-making.
- Regular reporting to founders: forecasts, actual results, recommendations for optimization.
- Building a system of marketing KPIs for the entire department.
- Forming the organizational structure of the department, hiring, onboarding, and motivating staff (team size of 6 people).
- Setting tasks and monitoring their execution.
- Developing team competencies: training, certification, mentoring.
- Creating a corporate culture within the department and building effective interaction with sales, IT, and customer service departments.
Requirements:
- Successful experience as a Marketing Director (CMO), Head of Marketing, or Head of Marketing Department for at least 6 years (telecommunications experience will be an advantage).
- Cases of optimizing marketing budgets during demand decline or investment reduction (maintaining ROI/ROMI).
- Experience in building a marketing department from scratch or completely reorganizing a department with limited resources (developing structure, regulations, KPIs, end-to-end analytics).
- Experience in implementing marketing processes in CRM systems (Bitrix24, AmoCRM, Salesforce) and automating routine tasks (workflows, approvals, reporting).
- Practical application of neural networks and AI in marketing.
- Fluent in metrics CAC, LTV, ROMI, CR.
- Experience in successfully launching new products to market.
