Marketing Department Director (Telecom)

Now we are looking for a Marketing Department Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive company marketing strategy aimed at achieving KPI targets for revenue, profit, and market share.
- Analysis of market trends, consumer behavior (Customer Journey Map), and the competitive environment to identify growth opportunities.
- Management of all traffic channels
- Control of the effectiveness of each channel (ROMI, CAC, LTV) and reallocation of budgets in favor of the most profitable tools.
- Management of content strategy creation
- Development and launch of new products/services (Go-to-Market strategy)
- Formation, defense, and control of the marketing budget execution
- Implementation and development of end-to-end analytics (from first contact to purchase) for data-driven decision-making
- Regular reporting to founders: forecasts, actual results, optimization recommendations.
- Building a system of marketing KPIs for the entire department.
- Forming the organizational structure of the department, hiring, onboarding, and motivating staff (team size of 6 people).
- Setting tasks and controlling their execution
- Developing team competencies: training, certification, mentoring.
- Creating a corporate culture within the department and building effective interaction with the sales, IT, and customer service departments.
Requirements:
- Successful experience in the position of Marketing Director (CMO), Head of Marketing, or Head of the Marketing Department for 6+ years (telecommunications experience will be an advantage).
- Proven cases of optimizing marketing budgets during demand downturns or investment cuts (maintaining ROI/ROMI)
- Experience in building a marketing department "from scratch" or fully reorganizing a department under resource constraints (developing structure, regulations, KPIs, end-to-end analytics).
- Experience in implementing marketing processes into CRM systems (Bitrix24, AmoCRM, Salesforce) and automating routine tasks (workflows, approvals, reporting).
- Practical application of neural networks and AI in marketing
- Fluency in metrics CAC, LTV, ROMI, CR.
- Successful experience launching new products to market.
