Binnopharm Group's Sales and Marketing Directorate is opening a vacancy for Head of Omnichannel Promotion Department.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of an omnichannel promotion strategy with a focus on healthcare professionals and pharmacists for the company's prescription and over-the-counter drug categories;
- Formation of tactical plans to support omnichannel activities, including synchronization with major drug campaigns in other mass promotion channels and field team efforts. Implementation and control of plan and campaign execution;
- Development of key performance indicators for omnichannel digital marketing and evaluation methods by audience, drug, and the direction as a whole;
- Formation of ecosystems around the client, working with a unified profile, enriching touchpoints and customer experience quality in each channel, optimizing the user journey;
- Management of contractors and partners providing technical support for the implementation of omnichannel digital promotion in various channels (newsletters, websites, messengers, digital platforms) and external agencies implementing digital marketing projects;
- Participation in technical support of websites, analytics setup, user journey optimization, working with CRM database;
- Building and maintaining effective cross-functional interaction with teams from the medical department, product marketing, analytics department, and other functional units and departments involved in processes related to omnichannel promotion and digital marketing within the company;
- Implementation of AI expertise into the practice of omnichannel promotion and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Higher education (advertising, marketing, economics, etc.);
- Experience in building an omnichannel promotion system in pharmaceutical companies and successful implementation of plans contributing to performance with digitized results;
- Experience with CRM systems and CRM databases, analytics by promotion channels (email, newsletters, messengers, websites), development and optimization of customer journeys
- Experience managing websites with complex systems and user journeys (registration, verification, end-to-end consent and personal data collection);
- Experience working with external contractors providing omnichannel projects for the pharma market;
- Team management experience of 2+ years.
