A corrugated packaging manufacturer GofroMir is looking for a CIO.
Required:
- Experience in a manufacturing company (B2B, complex custom model)
- Management of UHP/ET (1C landscape), CRM, integrations
- Implementation of Opti Soft or similar production systems
- Management of IT team, budget, contractors
- Building data architecture and BI
- Information security management
Will be a plus:
- Packaging, printing, FMCG, building materials, chemicals, food production
- Experience in IT transformation in a company with multiple branches
First-year tasks:
- Define the target architecture for 1C–CRM–Opti Soft
- Eliminate data gaps between CRM and 1C
- Launch Opti Soft
- Create a unified management analytics layer
- Automate critical end-to-end processes: accounts receivable control, order statuses, ETD, tooling, self-pickup
- Build an IT team and service model with SLA
- Formulate an AI and digital transformation roadmap
