Automation Director (IT / Manufacturing)
📍Tashkent
Areas of Responsibility: — Management of the entire IT function and team — Automation of key processes (finance, HR, warehouse, operations) — Development and integration of systems (1C, SCADA, telemetry, GIS) — Formation of a unified IT architecture — Information security and infrastructure stability — Budget and contractor management
What is important: — Experience at the level of IT Director / Head of IT / Automation Lead — Strong expertise in ERP (especially 1C) — Understanding of manufacturing systems (SCADA, telemetry) — Experience in integrating disparate systems into a single ecosystem — Ability to manage a team and build processes
Task for the first 3 months: — Conduct an audit of the IT landscape — Take control of the team and contractors — Develop an automation and integration plan
