HMS Group is looking for in Kazan:

Project Director for Implementation of Production Planning and Management Information System

Key Tasks:

• Manage the project of transitioning from Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) to a new information system for planning, accounting, and monitoring production order execution and project implementation (integrated production planning and management – ERP, MES, MRP, APS, WMS, etc.);
• Ensure the effective implementation of the new information system ("Galaktika"/"RightStep");

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the project schedule is met and control the project budget;
2. Prepare and conduct regular meetings to synchronize on current status, deadlines, risks, and decisions made regarding project blockers for the transition to the new information system.
3. Organize the formation and management of a registry of functional requirements for the IS, define the boundaries of the information system and integration requirements with other systems.
4. Coordinate design decisions on standard IS functionality and the list of enhancements, and prioritize them;
5. Analyze the functionality of the current system; ensure its implementation in the new IS; manage the migration process of dictionaries and dynamic data.
6. Manage the integration process, including setting tasks for 1C:ERP, integration, and expansion of PDM tasks, and other tasks related to the implementation of the information system.
7. Organize the system's launch into industrial operation, organize technical support processes for the functioning of the information system.

Requirements:

• Education (Technical/IT/Economic);
• Understanding of production, supply, and inventory management processes;
• At least 3 years of experience in implementing ERP in manufacturing or instrument engineering;
• Participation in a successfully completed project for implementing an information system (ERP, APS, MES, MRP) in a company with order-based production;
• Experience in managing a team of 10 or more people (including external contractors);
• Experience integrating ERP systems with other enterprise systems (PDM, 1C, 1C:ZUP, etc.);
• Knowledge of ERP-class systems (SAP, Oracle, DAX, or Russian equivalents).
