Technoros Production Association is looking for a CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Business strategy development and implementation
- Resolving all issues related to legal, economic, production, financial, and technical aspects
- Managing the economics of the holding companies
- Organizing production and supply processes
- Inventory and working capital management
- Tax planning
- Risk management
- Personnel management
- Business process planning and regulation
- Production modernization and automation
- Interaction with regulatory, supervisory, and law enforcement agencies, and with administrations at all levels
- Operational management of the company and resolution of all emerging problems
Requirements:
- Education — higher technical, economic
- Experience in leadership positions as CEO, Executive Director, Operations Director, with significant achievements in their area of responsibility for at least 6 years
- Experience in implementing automated management and accounting systems for production enterprises
- Experience working with state defense orders
- Experience with external cooperation in mechanical engineering, experience working with design bureaus is a plus
- Experience working in machine-building enterprises
