Executive Director at SDS – Electrical and Lighting Products Supplier
SDS, a supplier of electrical and lighting products, is looking for an Executive Director.
The largest manufacturer of electrical and lighting products. Over 30 years of operation, we have created and introduced products to the Russian market that are now essential to modern life. SDS by the numbers:

- 1000+ sites in Moscow decorated with NEON-NIGHT festive lighting.
Responsibilities:
- Annual planning for the implementation of owner strategy and departmental targets;
- Monitoring the execution of the owner strategy;
- Organizing and overseeing functions in the following areas: procurement, logistics, sales, marketing, HR, IT, and administrative block;
- Establishing effective interdepartmental communication;
- Optimizing and automating business processes, reducing costs by increasing company efficiency;
- Regular reporting to owners.
Requirements:
- More than 6 years of experience in leadership positions;
- Successful experience in business development and scaling;
- Proven experience in companies with large product flows, distribution, logistics, and manufacturing;
- Excellent analytical and planning skills;
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans;
- High level of communication skills;
- Ability to make key decisions and take responsibility for them.
