DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR (Production Holding)

TASKS
Manage the operational activities of the production holding.
Coordinate the work of the production, commercial, and financial blocks.
Ensure the achievement of key financial and operational indicators.
Improve the efficiency of the enterprise, optimize business processes and organizational structure.
Identify growth areas, implement projects to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Develop the management system, improve execution discipline and the effectiveness of interaction between departments.
Control the implementation of strategic initiatives in conjunction with the General Director.
Make management decisions aimed at the sustainable development of the business.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a General Director, Deputy General Director, or Chief Operating Officer in a production company.
Proven experience in implementing large-scale operational changes and optimization programs;
Experience in comprehensive management of production, commerce, and finance. Strategic thinking, leadership qualities, high managerial maturity, and results orientation.
