SberZdorovye digital health platform is looking for a Head of Business Development Group for the Public Sector.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Team Management and Development: Leading a cross-functional team, monitoring key sales metrics and plans, mentoring and supporting employees in working with government customers.
- Analytics and Strategic Planning: Developing forecasts, analytical models, and development plans, constantly monitoring KPI performance to achieve business goals.
- Product and Reputation Promotion: Actively shaping and strengthening the positive image of "SberZdorovye" and its products in the public sector through participation in industry events and public communication.
- Identification and Implementation of New Opportunities: Initiating participation in tenders and procurements (44-FZ, 223-FZ), developing and proposing comprehensive solutions for healthcare digitalization in the regions.
- Work with Decision-Makers: Building long-term, trusting relationships with the leadership of the Ministry of Health, chief freelance specialists, and central administration.
Required Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of the structure and processes within the Russian public healthcare system.
- Practical knowledge of public and corporate procurement procedures (44-FZ, 223-FZ), understanding of regional budget formation principles.
- Technical literacy and interest in the IT sector, readiness to learn new technologies and digital products.
- Analytical mindset: ability to work with large volumes of data, build forecasts, and make informed decisions.
- Strong initiative and proactivity: ability to independently identify growth points and take responsibility for results.
