Vacancy: Sales Manager B2G/Hunter (HealthTech) Company: КА Vital Partners Our client: a Russian IT company, developer of digital healthcare solutions, federal-level projects. Salary range: from 250,000 RUB net (discussed individually) + bonuses💰 Location: office in Saint Petersburg Conditions: officially according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, voluntary medical insurance (DMS)
Responsibilities: — Develop sales and build long-term relationships with government and corporate customers. — Independently initiate and develop contacts with decision-makers in relevant ministries, government organizations, and large companies. — Accompany full-cycle deals — from identifying opportunities and analyzing tender activity to concluding contracts. — Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and the development of technical requirements in collaboration with the development and pre-sale teams. — Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical team, ensuring correct interpretation of requirements. — Work with deals valued at 100+ million rubles and with long sales cycles.
Requirements: — Experience in a similar position (B2G and complex technological IT solutions) from 4 years — Higher technical/engineering/IT education. — Experience in HealthTech — Knowledge of Federal Law 44-FZ, 223-FZ, RF Government Decree 1289 (import substitution), KSGU (Unified Classification of Government Procurement) and understanding of procurement procedure specifics. — Practical experience working with government customers. — Ability to work with technical documentation and interact with development teams. — Readiness for business trips within the Russian Federation and CIS.
