We are looking for a B2G Regional Manager for a telecom company ER-Telecom.
ER-Telecom Holding is a Russian digital infrastructure company, one of the largest telecommunications operators in Russia.
Responsibilities:
- Search and attraction of government sector clients
- Active sales of services and project solutions in the IT sphere to government customers
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the B2G sales plan in the territories of supervised subjects of the Russian Federation
- Management of key high-yield client projects
- Interaction with the Heads of subjects of the Russian Federation and their deputies, with heads and representatives of regional executive authorities, as well as with the management of municipal entities
- Implementation of the Company's B2G development strategy, business organization, business process reengineering, development and implementation of effective work methods
- Control of the execution of plans and tasks for the assigned business processes
Requirements:
- B2G active sales experience is mandatory
- Experience in participating in government procurement (44-FZ, 223-FZ)
- Understanding of the telecommunications services market, technological trends and their application in the public sector
- Knowledge and skills in project management and cross-functional interaction
- Developed negotiation skills and objection handling at the level of heads of regional state authorities
- Understanding of the basics of financial management, budgeting, P&L and financial modeling to assess project efficiency
