Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop, control, and execute sales plans
- Successfully position the company, its services, and products within government structures – Federal Executive Bodies, Regional Executive Bodies (FEOB, REOB)
- Establish a transparent and effective partner network
- Maintain a high level of satisfaction among existing clients
- Seek and attract new clients
- Develop sales through Gostech.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in building direct relationships with decision-makers in the public sector
- Experience working in a team with the vendor ecosystem: partners, integrators, distributors, OEMs, ISVs, without losing direct relationships with clients
- Understanding of the structure and decision-making culture in the public sector
- Experience participating in industry events, commissions discussing automation and IT issues in the public sector
- Possess a large network and have access to decision-makers in the public sector
- Experience in selling IT (software, hardware, technologies)
- Understand the principles of NSUD, Gostech, SMEV.
