Kontur IT company is looking for a B2G Segment Client Business Partner.

These individuals are expected to take a global and comprehensive approach, identify opportunities for business development within client accounts, establish partnership communications, know clients thoroughly, and genuinely desire to help them achieve their strategic goals.

The company is currently forming a team dedicated to the development of B2G segment clients.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the structure of assigned B2G clients in the Moscow and Moscow Oblast region.
Reach decision-making centers by identifying the right contacts.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Formulate and test hypotheses regarding the applicability of Kontur products in various client processes.
Increase the depth of product penetration within client organizations.
Enhance the likelihood of key renewal deals.
Generate tasks for product improvements based on client feedback.
Achieve target indicators for revenue growth rates within the assigned portfolio.

Candidate Requirements:

Successful experience in selling complex IT products to enterprise clients for at least 2.5 years. Experience in B2G sales will be a significant advantage.
Negotiation skills with the procurement centers of large companies/government organizations.
Willingness to work in an environment of uncertainty.
Skills in managing project-based deals involving multiple high-level stakeholders.
Experience in shaping needs by introducing ideas to clients.
Knowledge of the modern IT solutions market.
