MTS is looking for a Director of the Center for Working with Government Customers, who will maintain relationships with public sector customers and build their team's operations.
The telecommunications business unit develops and promotes technologies, optimizes internal processes, and supports sales for corporate and government clients. They help clients expand their capabilities and achieve success in the digital sphere.
Responsibilities:
- Determine the potential of regions for regional business development in the public segment, search for potential opportunities and growth points;
- Organize effective work in the regions within the entrusted territory of the Volga Federal District;
- Generate initiatives to increase revenue in the public segment in the entrusted regions, select target audiences for applying business tools, and monitor the achievement of regional KPIs;
- Interact with top officials of constituent entities and government customers in the regions;
- Interact with partners-integrators of complex solutions for government customers to form complex proposals for the public segment in the regions;
- Conduct regional analysis, adapt the strategy for working with the public segment in the entrusted regions and control its implementation, identify target customers and set goals for coverage and base penetration.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience in the B2G segment in telecommunications will be your advantage;
- Experience in sales and implementation of large integrator solutions for the public segment will be your advantage;
- Knowledge of 44-FZ and the specifics of working with the public segment;
- Knowledge of the public segment management structure.
