MTS is looking for a Client Relationship Director for its b2b AdTech business. This role will focus on developing client service, strengthening work with the existing client base, and building processes where the client experience directly impacts retention, growth, and long-term partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and evolving the client service strategy;
- Forming operational and long-term development plans for existing clients;
- Overseeing the development and defense of special projects;
- Building strategies for client retention and LTV growth;
- Managing the client team: hiring, developing, and strengthening employees;
- Conducting complex negotiations with clients;
- Developing up-selling opportunities and handling commercial inquiries;
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high level of client service.
Candidate expectations:
- 3+ years of experience managing a client division in b2b;
- Experience in developing existing clients, retention, and LTV growth;
- Team management experience;
- Experience in conducting complex negotiations and handling commercial inquiries;
- Experience in building and improving client processes;
- Experience in business process automation;
- Experience in influence marketing/performance marketing/digital will be an advantage.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in agencies, adtech, martech, SaaS, or other companies with a strong account management/customer success function;
- Experience working with special projects and non-standard client requests.
