Commercial Director / Head of New Business

We are looking for a commercial leader who can turn ideas into working products, products into revenue, and revenue into new business lines.
The role is at the intersection of commerce, product, and new business launches.
This is not a classic sales director.
We are looking for someone who knows how to find growth areas, launch new products, and build a complete commercial model around them.
What you will do:
Create new revenue streams
- Formulate a portfolio of new products and directions.
- Evaluate the commercial potential of ideas and hypotheses.
- Define development priorities and investment focus areas.
- Launch new products from idea to commercial result.
Manage financial performance
- Be responsible for revenue, profitability, and economics of new directions.
- Develop business cases and financial models.
- Monitor the achievement of target indicators for products and projects.
Build a product launch system
- Organize a clear and scalable process for launching new solutions.
- Reduce time-to-market.
- Create a repeatable mechanism for bringing new products to market.
Develop the market and partner ecosystem
- Identify new segments and growth points.
- Build relationships with key clients and partners.
- Formulate a commercial strategy for the development of new products.
Manage cross-functional teams
- Work at the intersection of business, product, IT, operations, risk, and compliance.
- Ensure the progress of initiatives from idea to commercial launch.
- Build a strong team around new directions.
We will be interested in meeting you if you have:
- Experience launching and scaling fintech products.
- Experience managing P&L and commercial results.
- Understanding of the payments business, e-wallets, embedded finance, acquiring, or banking products.
- Experience creating new business lines or product verticals.
- Ability to work in conditions of high uncertainty and rapid change.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Especially relevant experience is from:
- e-wallets;
- payment systems;
- acquiring and processing;
- BNPL;
- embedded finance;
- fintech platforms;
- digital banking products;
- B2B fintech.
